License and legal exposure

Utah evictions typically run $1,200 to $3,500 including filing fees, attorney time, and lost rent during the process.
Industry average is roughly 1 eviction per 20 units per year.
A defended fair housing complaint averages $10,000 plus. An $800 annual reserve is a reasonable hedge for a small portfolio.

How the Peaceful Partner Program works
Three steps. No quotas. No exclusivity. No surprises.Step 1: Submit a referral
Use the form below or call us with your client's name and number. We email you a simple two-page partner agreement that spells out the fee, license requirement, and sell-back commitment. Once you sign, we get to work.
Step 2: We take on the conversation
We contact your client, walk them through how we work, and send the property management agreement when they are ready. You get an update at every step.
Step 3: We send a $250 check
Within 30 days of a signed PMA, by check or ACH. If your brokerage requires the fee go to them instead, we accommodate that. Earn $600 or more in a calendar year and we issue a 1099-NEC.

The Peaceful Partner Program is a referral arrangement between Peaceful Property Management, LLC and licensed Utah real estate agents. Referral fees are payable only to agents who hold an active Utah real estate license at the time of payment. Disclosure of the referral fee to the client is the agent's responsibility under Utah Division of Real Estate rules. See the Partner Agreement for full terms.
