These are the four values we work by. They shape how we treat each other, how we show up for owners and residents, and what we expect from ourselves.
TRUST
Trust is believing an expectation will be met. Everyone at Peaceful has key responsibilities that come with expectations we all rely on. We must be able to trust each other to complete our responsibilities. We are a team and cannot succeed without each other.
PEACE
 We have a significant impact on the two environments that matter most to people: where they work and where they live. We do not take that lightly. We come to work with purpose, to provide a peaceful experience even when things are hard. It starts with us.
RESPONSE
Being in the service industry and acting as an agent for others, responsiveness is everything. Everyone gets a reply within a business day, not necessarily a solution, but an acknowledgment. No client, resident, or vendor is ever left wondering about the current status.
INTENTIONALITY
Peace, response, and trust do not happen by accident. Every interaction, every decision, every process is done with purpose. We do not drift, we choose. Intentionality is the action behind everything else. It is what makes the difference.

Meet the people behind Peaceful

These are the people who are responsible for what happens at Peaceful day-to-day. Here's who they are.

Flint Gardner

Founder and Managing Partner

Flint oversees the company's business strategy. He earned his business degree from Brigham Young University and has several years of experience across Fortune 50 companies, entrepreneurship, and real estate investing.

Flint first became interested in real estate investing by turning his first home into a rental. After doing this a number of times and realizing the advantages, he partnered with Emil to create a property management company that could provide the services other investors who don’t have the time or expertise to manage their own portfolios need.

Emil Schoenfeld

Founder and Principal Broker

Emil leads the operational and sales strategy at Peaceful, leveraging over eight years of experience in the property management industry. With extensive exposure in real estate, Emil understands what it takes to successfully own investment properties. He focuses on repeatable processes that lead to effectiveness and a peaceful experience for both rental owners and tenants.

Growing up in Utah, Emil enjoys the blend of his strong Guatemalan roots. Outside work, Emil enjoys supporting his wife in her esthetician journey and spending time with his daughters.

Taylor Evangelista

Senior Property Manager

Taylor is a Salt Lake native and has been in the property management industry for over nine years. She has extensive experience in property management, including multifamily, commercial, and residential properties. Taylor has held her real estate license for over five years. Helping clients fulfill their needs to sell, purchase, or rent property is what she does best!

Her high energy and optimistic attitude are among her most noticeable personality traits, contributing to her success in the industry. When Taylor isn't working, you'll find her outdoors hiking, camping, golfing, or traveling with her family.

Paul Schoenfeld

Senior Property Manager

Paul is our property manager overseeing all of Utah County. He has over 7 years of property management and real estate experience. Paul has a business management degree from Utah Valley University. His commitment to excellence, combined with his comprehensive knowledge of the local real estate market, positions him as a key player in Peaceful's efforts to manage and enhance property values and tenant satisfaction across the valley.

Paul was originally born in Guatemala, and after immigrating with his family when he was young, he now resides in UT County with his wife and children.

Savannah Guercio

Assistant Property Manager

Savannah oversees leasing and assistant property management at Peaceful. She has over 4 years of leasing experience, most recently in the multifamily space, where she built a track record of getting units leased quickly. She is starting her journey into real estate and clearly loves the work, which shows up in how she handles every showing, application, and follow-up.

Her high energy and warmth are among her most noticeable traits, and they translate directly into faster leases and happier residents. Savannah grew up in Utah, met her husband at Dixie State University.

Luis Pedro Véliz

Maintenance Manager

Luis coordinates and oversees all maintenance for Peaceful. He has years of experience building effective processes and working with people from very different backgrounds. His training in Clinical Psychology and Psychoanalysis gives him a perspective most maintenance coordinators don't have, especially when it comes to understanding what owners and residents actually need in stressful moments.

His work is what keeps the experience peaceful for both sides when something breaks. Luis is currently based in Guatemala, where he works remotely and shares life with his wife Ximena.
