The plans above cover portfolios of 1 to 4 units. Managing more, including multifamily? Let's talk about what a larger portfolio looks like.
The following situations aren't a fit for any of our plans:
- Rent-by-the-bedroom arrangements.
- Owner-occupied properties.
- Owner-performed repairs on occupied units.
- Short-term, furnished, or vacation rentals. Airbnb, VRBO, and month-to-month furnished properties operate on a different model than long-term leasing. Not our specialty.
