He earned his business degree from Brigham Young University and has several years of various Fortune 50, entrepreneurial, and real estate investing experience. Flint first found his interest in real estate investing by turning his first home into a rental. Our core values.

Peace

Two environments that make up the majority of everyone's time is:

  1. Where we choose to work

  2. Where we choose to live

At Peaceful, we have a significant impact on these two environments, and it shouldn't be taken lightly. With that influence, we come to work with a greater purpose and meaning supporting the lives we influence each day with peace. It starts with us, even when it's difficult we can still choose to provide a peaceful experience.

Response

Being in the service industry and often acting as an agent or a mouth piece for others, it is extremely important for Peaceful to be responsive.

It is our expectation that everyone get's a response back within 24 hours. This doesn't mean a solution has to be given within 24 hours. We understand some solutions take time and require 3rd party support. However, we never let our clients, tenants, or vendors guessing on the current status.

Trust

Trust is believing that an expectation will be accomplished.

Everyone at Peaceful has key responsibilities that come with expectations we all rely on to be fulfilled. We at Peaceful "must" be able to trust each other to complete our responsibilities. We are a team and cannot succeed without each other.
